What is a laundry service?
- We wash your clothes, bedding and towels in water, with good detergent.
- We dry them, whatever the weather.
- We fold everything neatly, ready to put away.
- Pressing and ironing are available too, at extra cost.
We do not offer dry cleaning. Every price includes washing, drying and folding.

Your family's laundry, every month
Up to 55 kg of laundry a month, plus 1 blanket or duvet, or 2 curtains. Extra kilos are 8,000 UGX each. A 12-month membership, and the first month is a trial you can leave.

We check every item before it goes in
Every load is weighed and counted, and every item is checked for stains in good light. We treat stains before washing and check again before drying, because heat can set a stain for good.

About stains
We treat any stain we find with care. Some stains, especially old, dried or heat-set stains, hair dye and bleach marks, cannot be removed safely without damaging the fabric. We will always tell you if a stain has not come out.

Good to know
Do you do dry cleaning?
No. We are a laundry service: we wash in water, dry and fold. Items labelled "dry clean only" need a dry cleaner.
How quickly will my laundry be ready?
In as little as 4 hours, depending on the size of the load. We will give you a collection time when you drop off.
Is ironing included?
Washing, drying and folding are included in every price. Ironing is extra, at 8,000 UGX per kg for 1 to 5 kg and 5,000 UGX per kg for 6 kg and above, or you can choose a membership with pressing included.
How do memberships work?
Memberships run for 12 months and are paid in advance at the start of each month. The first month is a trial: if it is not right for you, you can leave at the end of it.

When are you open?
Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
Do you collect and deliver?
Commercial members get a free collection and delivery every week. Households can drop off and collect; message us on WhatsApp to arrange anything else.
Can you wash duvets and blankets?
Yes. Duvets and blankets cost 20,000 to 50,000 UGX each, depending on size. The household membership includes 1 blanket or duvet, or 2 curtains, each month.
